Welcome to the official website of Runcorn Linnets FC.
We are a Trust-based club formed in the 2006 off-season by the fans of the now defunct Runcorn FC (which was playing under the name "Runcorn FC Halton" at the time). We play in the North West Counties Football League, and were awarded Charter Standard in October 2011.

Runcorn beat Squires Gate in the North West Counties Premier League at The Millbank Linnets Stadium with a score of 3-2. Squires Gate ahead in 3rd minute after confusion in front of Linnets goal, and second in 27th. Rob Whyte stretchered off in 48th minute. Chris Lawton in 60th minute, and equaliser in 66th. Kev Towey put the Linnets ahead in 72nd minute.

Runcorn beat Bacup Borough in the North West Counties Premier League at The Millbank Linnets Stadium with a score of 2-1. Matty Atherton scored in the 48th minute. Bacup equaliser 2 mins later. Matty Atherton made it two in 75th.
